  2. Here is an interesting article related to how legal challenges are impacting LTD and other disability benefits coverages that ER’s may choose. Is 65 going to stay the cut-off or will the industry change to reflect our aging population who remain at work beyond 65? Do you have EE’s that remain at work beyond 65?
